Why deal casino parties?

Make extra income. Make someone’s night.

Paid event work for people who enjoy games, good conversation, and helping guests have a great time.

Put your skills toward extra income

Turn your dealing and guest-service skills into paid event work. Review the rate before confirming each booking.

Fit events around your life

Choose which opportunities to pursue around your job, family, and other commitments. Decide which dates and locations work for you.

Put your personality to work

Welcome first-time players, explain the game, and keep the conversation moving. Patience and guest service belong at the table.

Trade the routine for event night

Company celebrations, fundraisers, and private parties bring different crowds and occasions. Help create the experience instead of watching from the sidelines.

What to expect

This isn’t a casino floor. It’s an event.

Casino-party games are social entertainment—not real-money wagering. Guests may be playing for the first time, so great dealers do more than know the rules.

Personality and guest service matter just as much as knowing the game.

  • Welcome the table

Help guests feel comfortable joining in, including first-time players.

  • Teach and keep the pace

Explain the basics clearly while keeping the game moving.

  • Bring some personality

Use conversation, patience, and a sense of humor to engage guests.

  • Keep it professional

Follow the event brief, work with the event lead, and care for the guest experience.

Games we staff

Picture yourself at the table.

Blackjack, roulette, craps, and poker each bring a different rhythm to an event. New to casino nights? Guest-facing experience matters, too; role requirements vary.

How it works

One profile. Then choose the gigs that fit.

Create your dealer profile once. Then browse posted dealer opportunities—or hear from the event team when your skills and market look like a fit.

  1. 01

Browse or hear from the team

Review posted gigs in your dashboard. The team may also contact you about a potential fit.

  2. 02

    Raise your hand

Select “I’m interested” for a posted gig, or tell the team you’re available when they reach out. Neither action books you.

  3. 03

    Review and confirm

If selected, review the final rate, dealer call time, exact location, role, and instructions before you commit.

  4. 04

    Deal the event

Arrive prepared, check in with the event lead, and run a professional, welcoming table.

No obligation to accept every opportunity. Choose the events that work for you.

From the event side of the table

Built by casino-event producers, not a generic gig app.

Casino Dealer Gigs comes from Entertainment Source Group, the team behind Grand Rapids Casino Parties. GRCP has produced corporate casino nights, fundraisers, and private events across West Michigan since 2003.

That experience informs what we look for at the table: reliable, welcoming dealers who know their games and keep guests engaged.

Questions, answered

Before you create a profile.

Here are the practical details to know before you join the dealer network.

Is this real-money gambling?

No. These casino-party games are designed as social entertainment; guests do not wager real money.

Can I create a profile if I am new?

Yes. Choose “New to Casino Nights” and describe any relevant guest-facing or event experience. Individual opportunities may still have specific experience requirements.

How much do dealer gigs pay?

Compensation varies by event, market, role, duration, and experience. You’ll receive the rate or total compensation before confirming an assignment.

How do I get paid?

The booking instructions will explain how payment works for that gig. Some events may require staffing or payment setup through GigSmart.

How long are the gigs?

Length varies. Guest play and dealer assignment windows may differ; the event brief will include the call time and expected release time.

What happens after I say I’m interested?

The team reviews your availability and profile, then sends booking details if you are selected.

When is GigSmart involved?

Some events may require staffing or payment setup through GigSmart. If it applies, the event team will include it in the booking instructions.

Do I need my own equipment or a specific outfit?

Requirements can differ by event. Follow the equipment, attire, arrival, and contact details provided with a confirmed booking.

How far do I have to travel?

Your profile records your usual travel radius. You can decide case by case whether a location works for you.
